As a Traffic Producer you will:
Find, manage and enter real-time traffic information
Find information utilizing our company’s many resources, including sensor data, cameras, web sites, maps and calling local sources
Manage the information entails, keeping all the facts straight, making sure details are accurate and current and tracking any changes in each situation
Enter information by working within our proprietary computer system
Flexible availability – May be required to work non-traditional days and hours
Knowledge of area roads, mass transit and traffic patterns preferred
Must be proficient with social media, web search and creative use of digital resources
Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Must be detail oriented and able to “follow-up until resolved”
Knowledge and understanding of the use of police scanners preferred
